Lost luggage
Our offices for luggage abused are located in all main airports in the DRC. Our staff is always available and willing to help each passenger to find her lost luggage. In order to facilitate this process, passengers are encouraged to bring their flight information and their passport for identification. It is our priority to reunite passengers with their luggage abused in a time limit.
